LuxPints helps you discover bars in Luxembourg City: what's open, what people rate highly, and which bars win head to head in Bar Duels. It's free to use. There are no purchases, subscriptions or payments, so there is nothing to refund.

Bar details such as opening hours, addresses and descriptions are gathered in good faith but can be out of date. Check with the bar before you set off, especially late at night.

You must be 18 or over. Please drink responsibly and follow local law.

• One account per person. Keep your sign-in method secure.
• You're responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us if you think someone else has accessed it.
• You can delete your account at any time from Passport, then Account.

Rankings and ratings only mean something if they're honest. Please don't:

• create extra accounts, or use scripts or bots, to vote, rate or check in;
• rate or vote for a bar you own or work at, or organise others to boost or bury a bar;
• copy LuxPints' data in bulk, or try to break, overload or get around its security;
• upload a photo that isn't yours to use, or that is offensive or unlawful.

We may remove votes, ratings or content, or suspend accounts, that break these rules.

You keep ownership of the photo and ratings you add. You give us permission to show them within LuxPints, as described in the privacy policy, until you remove them or delete your account.

Ratings, rankings and duel results reflect what users chose. They aren't endorsements by LuxPints, and bars don't pay to appear or to rank higher.

Links to directions, bar websites or social media take you to services we don't run. Their own terms apply.

We work to keep LuxPints running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features. If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date above.

LuxPints is provided free and as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for losses from relying on bar information that turns out to be wrong. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of Luxembourg. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of your local consumer law.
